Masturbation is Dangerous!

So Saturday I was dead tired, I hadn't slept well the night before and we had plans to go out that night and host a group dinner. I needed a nap. So I headed to the bedroom to lay down, then I thought "well maybe a hot bath will help me relax". So I got in the bathtub. One thing led to another and I was horny so I started playing with myself. Next thing I know I'm going pretty hard but I realize that in doing so I'm bouncing the top part of my body around pretty hard (including my neck/head). My doctor has me on orders to be a couch potato from the chest up, due to other issues we are working on. And I soon realize that I've about thrown my neck out, again, after it had finally relaxed out the bulk of the knot that had been there for over a week. Great! I just threw my back out masturbating in the tub.

So I get out of the tub and lay down on the bed, still horny. I pull out a toy and go at it, not so much thrashing with that. I soon get off and try again to relax and take a nap. Not working - I'm still horny. So, I call Pet into the room and let him know.

So we are going at it and once again I'm thrashing my head around. At one point, he's cradling my head in his hands and it feels really good as I'm able to just relax it. But, eventually he lets go and it's back to me trying to hold it up, which is just adding more tension to it and making it worse.

We finally finish and I'm in terrible shape. I tell him what's going on and he's like "Why didn't say something earlier?". "Well, because I wanted to have sex and if I'd said something you would have stopped!". My wonderful husband is very conscious of all that is going on with me physically and will NOT do anything to make it worse, and will do everything to keep me from doing anything to make it worse.

I spend the next half hour with a heating pad, a tens unit and another microwave heated neck roll trying to undo the damage I've done in the previous 45 minutes or so.
